We will meet Orinoco, help him keep Keynsham Memorial Park clean, and he will be telling us all about Reusing, Reducing and Recycling! Meet at Keynsham Memorial Park at 1400. We will do a litter pick around the park for 30-40minutes, then will proceed to the Keynsham Baptist Church Hall to wash our hands and chat with Orinoco. We will provide litter pickers and bags.
Healthy snacks, homemade yummy cakes and drinks for children and grown ups will be available for sale, this is to cover hall hire costs – please support us.
Children of all ages welcome. Don’t forget your wellies and waterproofs! Children remain the responsibility of parents at all times.
For more details and to book contact firstname.lastname@example.org, or visit the Caterpillars Website http://keynshamcaterpillars.blogspot.co.uk/p/family-events-and-activities.html.
Just turn up at Keynsham Memorial Park with your wellies, waterproofs and snacks every Thursday after school and let the children play. Some days we can just play by the swings, other days we may end up in Dapps Hill – why not let the children decide while they explore and make new friends!
No need to book, no charge, no organisation, just turn up, meet a few friends and have fun! The point is to get the children out there regularly during the colder months.
Children remain the responsibility of parents/carers at all times.
This is a Keynsham Caterpillars initiative.
